Job Title - Regional Performance Team (Financial Performance Reporting India Team)

Location - Pune

Role Description

The role involves providing MIS and advanced analytics of IB businesses, partner with stakeholder on various analytics. Role involves decision support, Management reporting, Planning & performance management. Working on various analytics for Senior Management.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in putting together regular reports that explain how different parts of our business are performing. This includes looking at numbers and helping to write explanations about what are the major drivers
• Help create materials for important meetings and presentations for our senior management. This will give a glimpse into how key business decisions are made
• Get involved in preparing templates and reports for our annual business plans
• Support the team in developing our 5-year strategic plan, giving exposure to how we think about the future of our business
• Help analyze our profit and loss (P&L) statements for our teams, learning how to interpret financial data
• Help create slides that show how our revenues are performing, which helps our senior management make informed decisions
• Have the chance to work on both regular tasks and special projects, allowing one to learn about different areas of finance
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank, building one's network and understanding how different departments work together

Your skills and experience

• Seeking bright individuals actively working towards Chartered Accountancy
• A keen interest in understanding financial analysis and business performance reporting
• Enjoyment in examining numbers to discern meaning, coupled with the ability to think creatively to solve problems
• Readiness to take initiative, ask questions, and collaborate effectively with others
• Not averse to working with various data sets and possessing close attention to detail for accuracy
• Ability to express ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally
• Capable of managing tasks effectively and ensuring accuracy in all work
• A self-starter who can work efficiently, even under pressure, and is open to new challenges and learning in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
