Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CCTV Site Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of CCTV surveillance systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of IP and analog CCTV systems, networking, and site execution.

• Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and commission CCTV surveillance systems (IP & Analog).
• Perform site surveys and prepare installation plans.
• Install cameras, DVRs, NVRs, switches, racks, and related accessories.
• Lay and terminate CAT6, fiber optic, and coaxial cables.
• Configure network settings, remote viewing, and mobile applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project managers during installation.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain installation reports, service reports, and project documentation.
• Provide technical support and user training after project completion.
• Required SkillsStrong knowledge of CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus, Honeywell, Bosch, or equivalent).
• Experience with IP cameras, DVR/NVR configuration, and video management systems.
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, PoE, Switches, Routers).
• Experience in cable routing, termination, and testing.
• Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.
• Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in CCTV, Networking, or Security Systems is an added advantage.
• Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
• Experience in handling commercial, industrial, or residential security projects is preferred.
• Preferred QualitiesGood communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driving license is an added advantage.
