🎯 Key Responsibilities / मुख्य जबाबदाऱ्या

• Visit customer locations for hardware support and repairs. / ग्राहकांच्या ठिकाणी जाऊन हार्डवेअर सेवा व दुरुस्ती करणे.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices. / डेस्कटॉप, लॅपटॉप, प्रिंटर आणि इतर उपकरणांतील समस्या शोधून दुरुस्त करणे.

• Install operating systems, drivers, and software. / ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम, ड्रायव्हर्स आणि सॉफ्टवेअर इन्स्टॉल करणे.

• Replace faulty hardware components when required. / आवश्यकतेनुसार खराब हार्डवेअर पार्ट्स बदलणे.

• Assist with basic networking setup and troubleshooting. / बेसिक नेटवर्किंग सेटअप आणि ट्रबलशूटिंगमध्ये मदत करणे.

• Provide professional on-site technical support. / ग्राहकांना ऑन-साइट तांत्रिक सेवा देणे.
