Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CCTV Technician with experience in IP camera installation, computer hardware, networking, and surveillance system maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining CCTV systems and related equipment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and IP cameras.
• Perform cable laying, camera mounting, and network configuration.
• Troubleshoot CCTV system issues, network connectivity, and hardware problems.
• Configure remote viewing and mobile monitoring applications.
• Maintain and repair computer hardware, including desktops, hard disks, SMPS, RAM, and networking devices.
• Support LAN/Wi-Fi network setup and troubleshooting.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of surveillance systems.
• Prepare service reports and maintain installation records.
• Coordinate with clients for technical support and service visits.
• Required Skills & QualificationsKnowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR setup, and networking.
• Good understanding of computer hardware and basic software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with routers, switches, LAN cabling, and internet configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and power supply systems.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Preferred Qualifications
• ITI / Diploma / Certification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, Networking, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CCTV installation and support.
• Experience with brands like Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc. is an advantage.
