Job Summary

The Technician will be responsible for inspection, servicing, repair, and maintenance of Royal Enfield motorcycles while ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of two-wheelers and the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

·      Perform periodic servicing and general maintenance of Royal Enfield motorcycles

·      Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues accurately

·      Carry out engine, clutch, brake, suspension, and electrical repairs

·      Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and diagnostic instruments

·      Conduct road tests after service and repairs when required

·      Maintain job cards and update service status properly

·      Ensure timely completion of assigned work

·      Follow Royal Enfield service standards and workshop processes

·      Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the workshop area

·      Coordinate with Service Advisors and Workshop Managers regarding vehicle status

·      Support breakdown and emergency service requirements when needed

·      Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively

Required Skills

·      Strong knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance

·      Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems

·      Ability to use workshop tools and diagnostic equipment

·      Problem-solving and fault diagnosis skills

·      Team handling and coordination abilities

·      Customer-focused approach

·      Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Eligibility Criteria

·      Education: Any / ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred

·      Freshers with technical knowledge may also apply

Experience:

·      Experience in Royal Enfield or premium motorcycle service is preferred
