Job Description

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat and email channels.
  • Provide accurate information and support based on customer needs.
  • Utilize predefined response templates to ensure consistent communication.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while handling customer interactions.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback for quality assurance.
  • Adhere to company policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and service excellence.
