Looking for Responsible Chef/ Barista who can manage cafe and attend customers in retail store. ( cafe and store together )

Coffee Preparation:

• Expertly prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.

Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Menu Knowledge:

• Have a thorough understanding of the coffee menu, including different types of coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages.
• Provide recommendations based on customer preferences.

Equipment Maintenance:

• Properly operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.
• Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance routines.

Cash Handling:

• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Use the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively.

Team Collaboration:

• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues during busy periods.

Upselling and Promotion:

• Suggest additional items or upsells to enhance the customer experience.
• Participate in promotional activities or events.

Knowledge of Coffee Varieties:

• Stay informed about different coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and industry trends.
• Continuously enhance knowledge through training and education.

Cleanliness and Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized coffee preparation area.
• Follow hygiene and sanitation practices.
