Job SummaryThe Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the bank's overall operations, business growth, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The CEO will work closely with the Board of Directors to achieve the bank's strategic objectives while ensuring effective governance and customer service excellence.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership and direction to the bank.
• Oversee day-to-day banking operations and branch performance.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, banking regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Develop and implement business growth strategies.
• Monitor financial performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen credit monitoring, recovery, and risk management processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and government authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and manage departmental heads and branch teams.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare and present business reports to the Board of Directors.
• QualificationGraduate from a recognized university.
• MBA (Finance), CAIIB, JAIIB, CA, ICWA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Experience5–10 years of experience in Banking / Cooperative Banking.
• Experience in Banking Operations, Credit, Recovery, Compliance, Finance, or Branch Management.
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, banking policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Prior leadership or managerial experience preferred.
