Key Responsibilities

Prepare project plans, estimates, BOQs, DPRs, and technical specifications.

Supervise construction activities and ensure quality workmanship.

Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets.

Conduct site inspections and measurements.

Verify contractor bills and work completion reports.

Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and contract conditions.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Manage quality control of construction materials.

Supervise road, drainage, water supply, sewerage, and building works.

Review engineering drawings and suggest technical improvements.

Maintain project documentation and records.

Ensure environmental and safety compliance at project sites.

Resolve technical issues during execution.

Support tender preparation and technical evaluation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Civil Engineering

Diploma in Civil Engineering (for Junior Civil Engineer positions)

Experience

2–5 years for Civil Engineer

Freshers may apply for Junior Civil Engineer positions.

Experience in municipal, infrastructure, smart city, water supply, sanitation, roads, buildings, or government projects is preferred.
