Designation: Client Relationship Manager

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

• Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary liaison between the company and clients, ensuring prompt resolution of inquiries and escalations by coordinating with internal teams.
• Drive client retention by building long-term relationships, ensuring service satisfaction, and proactively addressing client concerns.
• Maintain and analyse client data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and actionable insights to improve customer experience and business operations.
• Conduct in-depth profitability analysis, sales trends, and market research to support decision-making and business growth.
• Participate in the bidding process by analysing client requirements, preparing competitive proposals, coordinating pricing strategies, and ensuring favourable contract terms.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending suitable services or solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and relationship reviews.
• Handle and guide a small team (if applicable) by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely client servicing.
• Support business development by providing timely reports, sales analysis, and strategic recommendations to Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
