Collection Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are hiring Collection Telecallers to join our dynamic team responsible for managing overdue accounts and ensuring timely debt recovery for a leading bank. Ideal candidates will be persuasive, patient, and goal-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and remind them of pending dues.
• Follow up consistently on payment commitments and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, payment promises, and follow-up actions in the system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide clear information on outstanding amounts and payment options.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass or equivalent; graduate preferred.
• Prior experience in collections, tele-calling, or customer service is an advantage.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging conversations with professionalism.
