Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents regarding educational programs and career options
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and conversions
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of students
• Conduct career guidance sessions (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face)
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing students
Required Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Marathi (Mandatory) and good command of Hindi/English
• Basic knowledge of sales and counseling techniques
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Good organizational and time management skills
