Credit Manager-Loan Against Property (LAP)-Credit

As the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire credit process for LAP loans, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Your role will involve strategic planning, team management, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. You will play a crucial role in driving the company's credit strategy and contributing to its overall success.

Lead and manage the LAP Credit department, providing strategic direction and oversight.
Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Review and approve LAP loan applications, conducting thorough credit assessments.
Monitor and analyze credit performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor the credit team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
