Billing Executive

·        We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Engineer / Billing Executive with expertise in electrical project billing. The candidate will be responsible for preparation, verification, certification, and management of RA bills, reconciliation statements, and coordination with internal teams and clients for timely billing and payments.

·        Candidates with an Electrical Engineering background and billing experience are preferred. Accounts professionals with strong billing experience and interest in project billing are also eligible to apply.

·        Key Responsibilities:

·        Study BOQ as per project specifications and extract quantity measurements from site data and drawings.

·        Preparation of accurate bill formats and error-free bill entries.

·        Preparation and certification of RA Bills on a monthly basis.

·        Collect DC and measurement details from site engineers and verify the same.

·        Identification and preparation of extra items and additional work claims.

·        Preparation of reconciliation statements.

·        Maintain complete billing records and documentation.

·        Coordinate with clients for bill approval and certification.

·        Follow-up with Accounts Department for invoice processing and payment release.

·        Complete RA billing in coordination with the management team as per work order terms & conditions.

·        Ensure debit note handling and advance payment adjustments on a pro-rata basis as per contract terms.

·        Get bills authorized and forward to Accounts for payment processing.

·        Coordinate with Planning and Estimation teams for amendments in   work orders and extra item approvals.

·        Maintain proper documentation of all important records.
