We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer queries, and provide excellent customer service. The candidate should be able to communicate effectively, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


Handle inbound calls from customers and address their queries or concerns

Make outbound calls for follow-ups, feedback, or service-related communication

Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes

Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner

Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions

Escalate complex issues to the relevant department when required

Ensure customer satisfaction and build strong relationships

Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets


Required Skills


Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving ability

Active listening and customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Patience and a positive attitude


Qualifications

Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline

Prior experience in customer service or call center is preferred


Note :- Priority for Candidates Fluent in English

:-  Preference will be given to candidates who knows either one of the languages

Kannada /Tamil/ Telugu/Gujarat/ Malayalam
