Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day typically involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into effective application designs. You will engage in defining detailed requirements and contribute to the architectural planning of software solutions that align with organizational goals. Throughout the day, you will participate in discussions to refine application functionalities and ensure that the developed software supports the intended business processes efficiently and reliably.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
