Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development technologies related to .Net frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with database management and optimization techniques.
- Ability to work with version control systems and continuous integration tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Providing production support for voice transcription.
- Merging legacy application features into new age application
- Decommissioning the existing application.
- Implementing new chat parsers
- Adding multimedia player features for voice transcription case types.
- Customizing language locale selection for voice transcription case types.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Experience with .NET Core and Entity Core Framework.
- Hands-on experience working in Azure Cloud environments.
- Familiarity with .NET Web APIs and Postman.
- Knowledge of React.js would be a great plus.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
