As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance software development practices.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety.
- Strong analytical skills to assess and improve software components within the Environment Health and Safety domain.
- Experience with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integrating safety standards and compliance requirements into software solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Environment Health and Safety.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
