Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between stakeholders to promote transparency and shared understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with enterprise applications.
- Skilled in performance optimization and code quality assurance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
