Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Additionally, the position requires performing ongoing maintenance and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience. Collaboration with different stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver high-quality software solutions is an integral part of daily activities, fostering continuous improvement and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based human capital management solutions.
- Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management including coding, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to work with integration tools and APIs to connect Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for cloud applications.
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
