Summary:
As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact as a highly skilled Java Developer with strong experience in TeamConnect. You will play a key role in developing, customizing, and maintaining TeamConnect applications, along with supporting Java-based enterprise solutions. Your role will require you to balance technical oversight with team management, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize TeamConnect solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement Java-based components and integrations within the TeamConnect framework.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and other developers to ensure quality and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within TeamConnect and associated Java modules.
- Maintain and enhance existing TeamConnect configurations and workflows.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and other tools within TeamConnect using Java and related technologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TeamConnect (Mitratech) platform (development and/or configuration) along with JAVA
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with application design patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition.
- This position is based in Pune.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
