- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and configuration within cloud environments.
- Experience in integrating Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment and lifecycle management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
