Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development practices meet organizational goals, focusing on creating scalable, high-performance solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business priorities is a key aspect, alongside maintaining standards that promote code quality and efficient workflows within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
