We are expanding our Sales & Marketing team and looking for passionate, result-oriented professionals from the real estate industry for our upcoming residential & Commercial development in west & Center Pune.

About the Role :

Own the complete post-sales customer journey for a premium residential project in Pune — the single point of contact between customers and our Sales, Finance, Legal, Projects and Facility teams, from booking through possession, while keeping collections on track and customers delighted.

Key Responsibilities :

•   Manage booking documentation, KYC verification and customer onboarding in the CRM.

•   Coordinate Agreement for Sale, registration and RERA-compliant documentation.

•   Track construction-linked payment plans; raise demand letters and drive timely collections.

•   Coordinate home loans with banks/HFCs — sanctions, disbursements and issue resolution.

•   Handle customer communication, queries and grievance resolution with quick turnaround.

•   Share construction-progress updates; manage possession, snagging and handover.

•   Maintain accurate CRM data and prepare collection/MIS reports.

•   Drive CSAT, retention and customer referrals.

Candidate Requirements

•   2–4 years in residential real estate CRM, booking to possession (mandatory).

•   Premium-project experience preferred; able to manage 100–200 accounts independently.

•   Hands-on with real-estate CRM software .

•   Strong MS Excel/MIS, RERA awareness and registration-process knowledge.

•   Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi.
