Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Identify prospects and secure new credit card applications via cold calling, direct interactions, and booth, mall, or petrol pump activation.
- Customer Interaction: Explain credit card features, benefits, and interest rates to prospective customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
- Documentation & KYC: Collect required documents (PAN, Aadhaar, Income Proof) and ensure 100% accuracy in KYC documentation as per company guidelines.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Relationship Management: Maintain good rapport with existing customers and seek referrals to build a strong client base.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Diploma; Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: Freshers or 0-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in banking/financial services (BFSI).
- Skills: Good communication, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, and basic computer/mobile application proficiency.
- Traits: Must be active, energetic, and comfortable with field work/traveling within the city.
Work Environment & Compensation
- Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Schedule: 6-7 days of work (includes weekends, sometimes with a weekly off).
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + High Incentives (Performance-based) + PF + ESI + Conveyance/Travel Allowance
