Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager for Vahan Junction - Online Two-Wheeler Servicing Platform

Job Summary:

Vahan Junction is an online two-wheeler servicing platform that helps customers book and get their two-wheelers serviced at their fingertips.

The Relationship Manager for Vahan Junction will be responsible for managing daily operations of the online two-wheeler servicing platform. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, handle customer queries, manage appointments, and maintain records. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the seamless delivery of services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer queries through phone calls and emails

• Managing appointments and scheduling services for customers

• Maintaining records of customer details, service history, and payment information

• Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely delivery of services

• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all services and offers provided by Vahan Junction

• Assisting in managing inventory and supply orders

• Handling cash and card payments, generating invoices, and processing refunds

• Ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and company policies and procedures

• Active Participation in Marketing and promotion activity. 

• Create marketing and promotion campaigns on field and social media as well. 

Requirements:

• Graduate / post Graduate degree in any field

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Experience in customer service and managing appointments

• Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications

• Knowledge of two-wheelers and their service requirements (preferred)
