Sales Consultant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our car showroom team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, provide in-depth information about our products, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers upon arrival at the showroom. Understand customer requirements and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and benefits .Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase product capabilities.

Sales Process Management:

Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and insurance options. Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Prepare and process all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

Customer Relationship Management :

Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage.
