Cyber IAM Managed Service - Ping ID Associate Consultant
§We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst/Executive with a minimum of 36 months experience to join our Identity Management team, who has proven experience with Ping Identity solutions, including PingFederate and PingID. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing identity and access management solutions, ensuring the security and efficiency of our organizational identity infrastructure
The ideal candidate will perform:
§ Single Sign-On (SSO) Federation
§Provide centralized control over identities and all associated attributes, enabling SSO for on-premises and cloud applications.
§Support token-based security to eliminate password dependence.
§ Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
§Require and establish multi-factor authentication for employees, partners, and contractors.
§Support one-time-password, out-of-band, and in-band multifactor authentication controls.
§Ensure provisioning and use of the MFA solution is easy for end users through self-service portals.
§Provide L2/L3 support for MFA, including tool enrollment (e.g. PingID).
§ SSO API Management
§Support SSO API platform and maintain APIs.
§Provide SCIM, API, OAuth, and legacy authentication support.
§ Privileged Account MFA
§Administer distribution and retrieval of tokens for privileged account access.
Mandatory Certification Required:
• Certifications such as Ping Identity Certified Expert or PingFederate Certification
Technical Skills Required:
§ Minimum 60 months of experience in identity management, with a focus on Ping ID/Ping Federate.
§ Strong understanding of identity management concepts, including federation, authentication, and authorization.
§ Familiarity with cloud-based identity solutions and services
§ Demonstrable experience in IAM domain Management solution.
§ Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
§ Familiarity with API management and SCIM.
§ Ability to work with multiple stake holders from Security, Operations, Application Owners and Service Providers on deployment activities and enhancing the IAM solution.
§ Good presentation and documentation skills
