Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires building and managing data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data efficiently across various systems, enabling seamless data migration and deployment. Collaboration with different teams to support data-driven initiatives and continuous improvement of data infrastructure are integral parts of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
- Monitor and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
- Document data processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems.
- Ability to ensure data quality through validation and cleansing techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data engineering such as Python or SQL.
- Understanding of distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
