Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: Day Shift / Night Shift Available

Qualification:

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Any Stream)
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Word, and internet usage

Experience:

  • Freshers are welcome to apply
  • 0–2 years of experience in data entry or back-office work preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems and databases
  • Maintain and organize digital records and files
  • Verify data for errors and correct them when necessary
  • Generate basic reports using MS Excel or internal software
  • Ensure data confidentiality and proper documentation

Required Skills:

  • Basic typing speed and computer operation
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good time management skills
  • Basic communication skills

Shift Timings:

  • Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
