Work experience : 5+ years of experience in system design, development, and deployment of automated test equipment or similar Embedded Systems. Hands-on experience with: Sensors, actuators, motor/motion-control systems, Microcontrollers (ARM Cortex) and firmware development, FPGA design integration

Maxiumum Annual CTC : Rs 22 Lacs Per Annum including benefits

Employment type: Full Time-on Roll 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, or related fields.

Key Skills:  

•       Bachelor’s/Master’s in EE, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

•       5+ years in system design of automated test equipment or custom machines.

•       Strong knowledge of sensors/actuators, motion control, embedded systems, FPGA, PCBA, and mechanical integration.

•       Excellent communication and customer-facing ability.

•       Self-driven, high initiative, and strong ownership.

•       Proven track record in delivering complex electro-mechanical systems end-to-end.

•       Preferred - Experience in the 3C / Smartphone / Consumer Electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

•       Exposure to test automation strategies, fixture development, or factory test processes.

Key Roles & Responsibilities –

•       Lead system architecture and integration across hardware, firmware, PCBA, and mechanical subsystems.

•       Oversee design of Embedded Systems hardware (sensors, actuators, motion-control, test modules).

•       Guide microcontroller/FPGA-based firmware development and system bring-up.

•       Manage PCBA design reviews, DFM/DFT, and NPI readiness.

•       Support enclosure/mechanical integration and overall system packaging.

•       Act as technical customer interface, gather requirements and resolve engineering issues.

•       Drive engineering execution, task prioritization, and full project ownership.

•       Take full ownership of system delivery—from concept through production handoff. Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and technical standards
