Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative data science methodologies to enhance business processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their capabilities and foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data science initiatives with broader organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Strong expertise in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques.
- Experience with programming languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Competence in interpreting complex data and communicating insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- This position is based at our Pune office.
