Job Summary:

The Department Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the assigned department, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and leading the department team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and achieve department targets through effective planning and execution.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent customer service.
• Monitor stock availability, replenishment, and inventory control within the department.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the department team to improve productivity and performance.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with store SOPs, safety, and operational standards.
• Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve department performance.
• Coordinate with other departments and store management for smooth operations.

• 3–6 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in fashion/lifestyle retail.
• Prior experience in team handling is preferred.
