About the team :

This Job Role is part of  "Quality Management" and includes all the jobs accountable to perform general management and governance activities to drive and achieve Quality Excellence through the ZF DNA of Quality Strategy, Implementation of Measures, VOC / KPI Management, QMS/Processes and Digitalization Management and Budget Management. 

What you can look forward to as Deputy Manager- Quality Management System :

• Lead and develop QM and Audit Team. Ensure Quality culture inside the plant.Design, implement, maintain and improve the Quality Management System in the plant
• in compliance with IATF 16949, CSR and other standards eg. of VDA, AIAG
•  Administration of Group and Division directives.Develop plant guidelines & maintain them.Ensure that Plant QMS documentation is implemented and followed
• Organize/Support in the planning of external and internal System Audits.Cooperate with CB-certification body while planning/ executing annual audit
• Administration of Plant Audit Pool for process Audits including qualification of the Auditors.Create Process Audit Planning, track on time execution and measures of the Audit findings. Organize/execute Trainings of the Quality Management System

Your Profile as Deputy Manager- Quality Management System :

• Minimum of 8-10  Years of experience in QMS.ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 knowledge, VDA volumes
•  Process approach. Process modeling competency (e.g. Symbio)
•  Understanding of CSRs (customer specific requirements). Knowledge in document control
•  Knowledge of quality core tools (APQP/ FMEA/ PPAP/ MSA/ SCP)
•  Problem solving methods.Good automotive background.Cross-functional collaboration mindset. Strong communication skills
