Job Title: Marketing Executive

Reports to: Managing Partner

Department: Sales & Marketing

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and contributing to the overall marketing strategy. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a passion for marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends

Campaign Development and Execution:

• Plan, develop, and implement marketing campaigns across various channels

Content Creation and Management:

• Create engaging content for digital and traditional marketing channels

Digital Marketing:

• Ensure consistent messaging and manage social media accounts, email marketing, and other digital marketing activities

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Communicate marketing plans and results to management

Customer Relationship Management:

• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and data
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers

Reporting and Feedback:

• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management
• Gather customer feedback to improve products and services

Skills & Knowledge

Educational Qualification: B.E./ Diploma / B. Com / BBA

Relevant Experience: 0 to 2 years

Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communications skills.Clear Technical Understanding & Strong Engineering Foundation

Personal Characteristics: Strong Listening and Presentation skills

Software: Microsoft Office, 2D CAD
