Job Description

Job Title : Marketing and Digital Growth Associate

Company: Ekspans

Ekspans is a digital business growth platform helping MSMEs, manufacturers, exporters, and businesses expand their market reach through Virtual Exhibitions, Virtual Stalls, Business Networking, and Global Trade Opportunities. We are building a digital ecosystem that enables businesses to connect, showcase products, generate leads, and grow globally.


Position Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Marketing & Digital Growth Associate to work closely with the founders and coordinate with our external digital marketing agency to strengthen Ekspans' brand visibility, user acquisition, engagement, and community growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Marketing Coordination
  1. Act as the primary point of contact between Ekspans and the external digital marketing agency.
  2. Ensure timely execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, email, and other channels.
  3. Review campaign plans, creatives, content calendars, and marketing reports.
  4. Track deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Content & Social Media Management
  1. Coordinate creation of social media content, blogs, newsletters, customer stories, and promotional campaigns.
  2. Collect business updates, success stories, event information, and product announcements from internal teams.
  3. Assist in developing thought leadership content for founders and leadership team.
  4. Monitor engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Community Building & User Engagement
  1. Support onboarding and engagement initiatives for MSMEs and business communities.
  2. Coordinate webinars, networking events, online campaigns, and promotional activities.
  3. Build relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, startup communities, and channel partners.
  • Marketing Analytics & Reporting
  1. Monitor marketing KPIs including:
  2. Website traffic
  3. Lead generation
  4. User registrations
  5. Cost per acquisition
  6. Social media engagement
  7. Campaign ROI
  8. Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards for management.
  9. Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Product & Growth Support
  1. Work closely with product and business development teams to understand customer requirements.
  2. Gather customer feedback and marketing insights.
  3. Assist in planning user acquisition and retention campaigns.
  4. Lead and execute targeted WhatsApp and email marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, retention, and platform adoption.
  • Vendor & Agency Management
  1. Ensure agency deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  2. Evaluate effectiveness of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
  3. Coordinate with designers, content writers, freelancers, and event partners as required.


Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, community management, or related functions.
  • Experience working in a startup, SaaS company, technology platform, marketplace, or B2B business will be preferred.
  • Fresh MBA graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.


Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and B2B customer acquisition.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and marketing automation tools.
  • Good presentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
