Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Plan and execute lead generation, customer acquisition, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions.
- Track and analyze marketing data using GA4, GTM, and Meta Business Manager.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) activities.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Good knowledge of GA4, GTM, SEO, and E-commerce Marketing.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in E-commerce, B2B, or Marketplace businesses preferred.
