The Sustainable Operations Specialist serves as a critical resource responsible for leading a team to implement and manage comprehensive Energy Management Services. This role demands a strategic leader with strong technical capabilities and people management skills who can effectively oversee energy supply, demand, monitoring, and reporting programs while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting organizational sustainability objectives.

You will lead a workstream, with two potential team members, and a broader stakeholder and operational group, to deliver end-to-end energy management services, including regulatory compliance, energy conservation initiatives,  and continuous improvement of the Energy Management System (EnMS). This position requires both hands-on technical expertise and the ability to develop team capability while serving as the geographic point of contact for all energy-related matters.

The role involves managing complex energy programs using platforms such as Envizi, developing compelling business cases for energy conservation projects, conducting energy assessment surveys, and ensuring adherence to Worldwide Energy Management Program (WW EnMP) requirements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while driving innovation and identifying opportunities for global or regional roll-out of pilot projects.
