Job Description

Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.

Prepare dispatch documents, including delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.

Coordinate with production, stores, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Arrange transportation and communicate with transporters for vehicle availability and shipment tracking.

Verify material quantities, specifications, and packaging before dispatch.

Maintain dispatch records, inventory movement, and shipment status in ERP or dispatch management systems.

Track deliveries and resolve dispatch-related issues with customers and logistics partners.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory documentation requirements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
