Store Supervisor

## Role Summary

You will be responsible for the smooth running of daily warehouse and dispatch operations, and for managing the company's procurement — from sourcing and purchase orders to goods receipt and supplier coordination. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can manage a team, control stock, negotiate with suppliers, and keep the order-to-delivery cycle running on time.

## Operations Responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse, packing, and dispatch operations

- Coordinate order fulfillment from sales order → picking → delivery

- Supervise the dispatch, loading, and delivery team and delivery schedules

- Monitor stock levels, manage reorder points, and minimise wastage/shortages

- Coordinate repacking and grading of goods as required

- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile inventory in the ERP system

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to HORECA customers

- Maintain warehouse hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance standards

## Procurement Responsibilities

- Plan and raise purchase orders based on stock position and customer demand

- Source goods from Market Yard, mandis, mills, and regular suppliers

- Negotiate rates and terms with suppliers to control landed cost

- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance

- Verify incoming goods for quantity, quality, and rate; manage goods receipt (PRN) entries

- Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments and rate reconciliation

- Manage just-in-time procurement of fresh / perishable items

- Track market rates and advise management on price movements
