Job Summary: GSON Tooling Tech is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Drilling Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate drilling machines, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient production. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Operate drilling machines as per production requirements.
• Read and understand basic engineering drawings and job instructions.
• Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces for drilling operations.
• Inspect finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Report machine issues or production defects to the supervisor.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality.

• Required Qualifications:

• Minimum education as per company requirements.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing or machining processes.
• Ability to work in a Day shift.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard operating procedures.

• Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of drilling, cutting tools, and measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with workshop safety practices.
• Good attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

• Experience in the Tool & Die or Engineering Manufacturing industry is preferred.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can both apply.
• Prior experience in the Tool & Die, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Salary & Benefits
• Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
