Job Summary  

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students 

through their academic journey, from first inquiry to final enrollment at our Pune 

Office Branches. 

•   Connect with prospective students and parents from provided leads via calls and 

consultations 

•   Counsel students on MBBS programs abroad  (Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, etc ) or 

relevant educational opportunities based on their profile and goals 

•   Advise on university/program selection, eligibility, admission requirements, and fee 

structures 

•   Handle end-to-end application processing including documentation and submission 

•   Guide students through visa procedures and pre-departure formalities 

•   Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales funnel and convert them into 

admissions 

•   Handle objections confidently and close admissions 

•   Coordinate with partner universities and internal teams for seamless processing 

•   Maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status. 

Requirements 

•   1–2 years of experience in study abroad counselling, MBBS admissions, or EdTech 

sales/counselling. 

•   Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

•   Knowledge of MBBS admission processes and international education systems, or 

experience guiding students toward courses/programs in an EdTech setup. 

•   Target-driven and self-motivated mindset.
