Job Description

🎓 Hiring: Education Counsellor | MIT University

Location: Pune


Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Counsel students and parents about courses, eligibility, and career opportunities.
  • Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
  • Build strong relationships with students throughout the admission journey.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Ensure a smooth admission process from enquiry to enrollment.

Eligibility:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Education Counselling, Admissions, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Service preferred.
  • Target-oriented with strong convincing and negotiation skills.
  • Freshers with excellent communication may also apply.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
