Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating and implementing technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources efficiently to support engineering and construction initiatives, fostering collaboration among diverse teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from plans.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Strong knowledge of engineering processes related to manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural design.
- Experience in managing engineering projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective engineering solutions.
- Familiarity with resource planning and allocation for engineering and construction projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
