Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating and implementing technical engineering solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The lead ensures that projects are completed within the agreed timelines, maintaining high standards of quality and cost efficiency. Additionally, the role involves organizing and allocating resources effectively to support engineering and construction initiatives, while fostering collaboration among diverse teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and transparency in project progress.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering processes and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Experience in managing engineering projects involving multiple disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide innovative technical solutions.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate engineering teams.
- Ability to coordinate resources and manage project timelines effectively.
- Good communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
