Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated EV Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicles. The candidate should have knowledge of EV systems, battery management, electrical diagnostics, and automobile servicing standards.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and troubleshoot electric vehicle issues using diagnostic tools.
Repair and maintain EV systems including:
High-voltage battery systems
Electric motors
Charging systems
Power electronics
Wiring and electrical components
Perform periodic maintenance and vehicle inspections.
Handle battery replacement, testing, and calibration activities.
Ensure proper use of safety procedures while working on high-voltage systems.
Update service records and job cards accurately.
Coordinate with service advisors and workshop teams for timely vehicle delivery.
Conduct road tests after repairs when required.
Maintain workshop cleanliness and follow company SOPs.
Required Skills
Knowledge of EV architecture and components.
Understanding of electrical and electronic systems.
Ability to use automotive diagnostic tools and software.
Basic understanding of CAN communication systems.
Problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Awareness of workplace safety standards.
