Job Description
- Plan and manage end-to-end event logistics operations.
- Should be able to drive a four-wheeler and possess a valid four-wheeler driving license (TR License)
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, transport agencies, and venue management.
- Arrange transportation, accommodation, and material movement for events.
- Supervise loading, unloading, setup, and dismantling activities at event sites.
- Ensure timely delivery of event materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Manage inventory of event assets, promotional materials, and equipment.
- Prepare event schedules, logistics plans, and deployment timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments including sales, operations, procurement, and finance.
- Monitor event budgets and control logistics-related expenses.
- Handle manpower allocation and on-site staff coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Troubleshoot operational issues during events and provide quick resolutions.
- Maintain event documentation, vendor records, and post-event reports.
