Qualifications

•       Graduate with  2-5 years of Experience in Induvial Tax

•       Good Communication

 

 Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in providing tax advice, which ensures optimum tax benefits for both the employer and employee.

• Conducting entry and exit meeting with expatriates / assignees and assist them with local registrations, preparing and filing personal tax returns, requisite compliances relating to the assignment.

• Assist in compensation structuring, advising on both domestic and cross border employee stock option plans.

• Assist employer in payroll/withholding tax compliance

• Assist in other compliance services relating to setting up of liaison offices, visa assistance, social security assistance, etc.

•Understanding of various tax treaties and application of relevant articles of the treaty in finalizing personnel tax returns / advisory engagements.

• Ensure filing/document management from an internal review perspective

• Compliance with firm's internal risk management policies and client administration

• Ensure proficiency with firm's internal tools and technologies to upload client deliverables, etc

• Preparing power point presentation on client deliverables, topics for internal trainings, etc.

• Ensure client trackers, billing trackers, are upto date and provide real time updates

Skills

•         Good Communication / presentation skills

•         Possess good analytical skills and the ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment 

•         Strong knowledge in income-tax and working knowledge in FEMA, Banking/NBFC Regulations, Insurance, ARCs, etc.

•         Delivery of multiple engagements with quality standards and as per the agreed timelines

•         Good people and client management skills

•         Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization.
