FBS Guidewire Program Manager

This position directs the prioritization and delivery of multiple programs and resources related to Guidewire implementation and is responsible for managing an entire department and the associated budget leading the E2E process of these initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•Coordinates delivery of work from all suppliers involved in a small scale / sub-project
•Facilitates issue resolution
•Reviews and approves vendor invoices/expenditures
•Works with business unit to define critical business needs and arranges appropriate resources
•Accountable for work request evaluation and authorization, development and submission of work orders, as well as review of cost estimates from the suppliers
•Accountable for Acceptance Criteria and execution of Acceptance Testing at program level
•Responsible for project level planning, monitoring and reporting on project performance
•Signs off on project deliverables
•Performs internal project close down
•Conducts Post-Implementation Reviews
•Liaisons with the Application Architecture team, ISP, third parties, as necessary Performs as the team lead / supervisor,
•Directs the prioritization and delivery of multiple programs and resources
•Responsible for managing an entire department and the associated budget
•Manages relationship with top business management as the key driver of strategic plan for build out of business system capabilities;
•Implements IT governance
•Accountable for delivery of work from all suppliers for multiple programs, including risk, quality, change management, schedule, and financial management
•Accountable for work orders/cost estimates to/from suppliers and user acceptance
•Manages achievement of SLA with suppliers
•Oversees communication, escalation, and financial impact management, when SLAs are not met.
Requirements
- 7-9 years of experience leading Guidewire implementations (Required)
- Full English Fluency
- Insurance Experience in Governance, Budget Allocation
- People Leader Experience
- The position will report to a Manager in the US
- Time zone flexibility to work with the US and India markets
- E2E Ownership of Project Implementation
- Hands On Approach
