Job Description
Job Summary
Jaywant Group is hiring a Pre-Sales Executive to manage incoming inquiries and nurture leads across our diverse portfolio of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through digital marketing and property portals.
- Requirement Mapping: Understand client needs and pitch matching properties from our multi-segment portfolio.
- Site Visit Bookings: Persuade and invite potential buyers for site visits, handing over qualified leads to the direct sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date logs of all client interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years in Real Estate Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Tele-sales.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Mandatory) Marathi and Hindi Prefered.
- Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and convincing abilities.
